In our service area, images are recorded through security cameras at some branch entrances and in the office in order to ensure the security of our service area, and the recording process is supervised by the management.

Your personal data in question is processed by automatic means based on the legal reason stated in Article 5 of the Law that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person". In addition, your relevant personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Article 20 of the Constitution states that everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. In Article 11 of the KVKK, the rights of the personal data owner under the law are listed.
