Yakut studied ‘’Laboratory and Veterinary Assistance Services’’ in Anadolu University, where afterwards she concluded pilates instructor education. She worked as a sales and marketing manager in the tourism sector and as the manager of a private aesthetic clinic. Having great admiration for nature, animals and architectural structures, Çetinkaya joined Space Gayrimenkul in 2021. Working actively in Şişli, Beyoğlu and Beşiktaş regions, Çetinkaya aims to add new regions to its area of expertise day by day.
